President Trump went after Democrats in a pair of tweets Sunday morning, questioning why the Democratic National Committee (DNC) didn’t hand over a hacked server to the FBI.

Then-FBI Director James Comey said last year that the DNC had denied the bureau’s requests to examine the breached servers.

Comey said at the time that the FBI and DNC agreed to let a private firm access the servers and share the findings with investigators.

Trump also targeted Tony Podesta, a longtime D.C. lobbyist who left his firm last year, asking why he hasn’t “been charged and arrested.”

President Donald Trump went on a Twitter tirade Sunday against a New York Times exposé revealing his son and other campaign officials met with a Gulf emissary who offered a hand in winning the 2016 election.

Trump blasted the report, calling the publication “Failing and Crooked,” while adding in a jab at Hillary Clinton. He contended that the report was merely “a long & boring story” showing Special Counsel Robert Mueller‘s investigation “has found nothing on Russia & me.”

14. They could not subpoena the DNC servers because there was no probable cause.

No reasonable suspicion that the DNC might have committed a crime and therefore no probable cause. They could not satisfy the Fourth Amendment in order to subpoena the servers.

They could and did subpoena Cohen's documents and servers, etc. because they had probable cause which they showed to a court. The court issued the subpoena(s).

It's quite simple really. Trump has all that money and a son-in-law who is a lawyer, but either he hasn't read the Fourth Amendment or . . . maybe he doesn't want to understand the difference.

15. Apparently Trump had a mole in the FBI

If the DNC would have handed over its server, an image of its hard drives would have been sent to Trump campaign headquarters...probably before close of business that day.

The Republicans won’t impeach him. They’ll sprinkle arsenic on a Big Mac, claim he died of an undiagnosable medical problem, and put the country in a state of mourning for 30 days.
