Cruz Won't Commit to Serving Out Senate Term

Source: PoliticalWire

September 27, 2018 at 8:32 am EDT By Taegan Goddard

Beto O’Rourke (D) pledged in an interview with the Texas Tribune “to serving out the full six-year term in the Senate if elected, pushing down buzz that he might make a run at the White House in 2020.”

Sen. Ted Cruz (R) did not quite say the same. His reply, which went on for two minutes but did not answer the question, concluded with, “We should be standing up for who we are as Texans and Americans.”

Just to tell the staffer that answered the phone that I was sorry that he had to work for someone like Ted Cruz.

Yes, it’s juvenile. But the SOB doesn’t listen to his constituents any way, and it made me laugh.

He won't make it far this time. People hate this guy in Texas and the rest of the country, and he won't stand a chance. He's also going to have troubles if he accepted for himself or his campaign any funds funneled thru others to him. If he has ties to anything tied to russians or putin, or companies that they used he's toast. He may not make to this upcoming election without being exposed. Many in their party will be exposed eventually. People in Texas are running away from this monster Cruz. No one lies that much that isn't corrupt.
