Missouri abortion activists ramp up for a fight after Kavanaugh appointment to Supreme Court

Planned Parenthood plans to aggressively expand services at all 17 of its Illinois health centers and will push the Legislature to add the right to abortion into state law.
Women living in states such as Missouri, where abortion is becoming increasingly inaccessible, will be offered support in traveling to nonrestrictive states, according to Planned Parenthood.
Abortion rights activists are also placing an emphasis on medications that can induce abortions in anticipation of more restrictions.
The drugs can be used legally in the U.S., and are often used illegally to end pregnancies in countries that have bans on abortions, said Pamela Merritt, co-founder of the abortion-rights group Reproaction.
