Trump shares image calling for his opponents to face trials for 'treason'

Source: The Hill

President Trump on Wednesday morning shared an image calling for his opponents to face trial for "treason," with many of them behind bars.

The image, which the president retweeted from a pro-Trump Twitter account, depicts a host of figures Trump has criticized, including former President Obama, former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, special counsel Robert Mueller, former FBI Director James Comey and former President Clinton.

"Now that Russia collusion is a proven lie, when do the trials for treason begin?" the caption on the photo reads.

Several of the figures in the image were targeted with mailed explosives allegedly from a Trump supporter last month. The retweet comes as reports emerge that Mueller's team is working on their final report about its investigation into ties between the Trump campaign and Russia.

feel it is too late to turn back now, though I'm sure down the road, they'll regret not pulling away from Trump when they could. They've been trained to tow the party line and repeat prepared talking points ever since the Gingrich era. They don't seem to know how to speak for themselves.

the skids for making himself ultimately invincible with this tweet. As everything else he's done, if he repeats this often enough, the mainstream media normalizes it just by broadcasting and having ostensibly mature discourse around his claims.

He isn't going to go down without doing something really dangerous for many, if not, the world. This guy is too freaking arrogant, narcissistic and stupid to do otherwise.

He knows he and his co-horts are traitors and it's coming out so he accuses others of what he himself is doing right now and every since he took Russia's help to steal the office. He must really be getting worried about Mueller, he's so much smarter than drumpf. I'm sure the Manfort scam has him pissing in his pants.

At home, I immediately mute the tv or change channels if they show a clip of him. I also don't check my twitter feed any longer. Fr the first time in my adulthood, I didn't watch the State of the Union speech this year. I will never watch another speech, unless it's the one where he resigns.

Wed Nov 28, 2018, 02:25 PM
Nov 2018

Problem 1: Russian collusion is not a "proven lie" anywhere but inside Trumpler's mind.

Problem 2: The Constitution gives a very specific definition of treason. No Democrat has met it, but Trump - depending on what's in the Mueller Report, which will probably be released to the press at the same time it's released to Congress - arguably has.

Problem 3 - the biggest one: When there is written proof Trump is as big a criminal as we all say he is, the hard right is going to go Ape Shit. And they have guns.
