Court orally rules that all portions of the last hearing on December 6, 2018 and today's bench conferences are to be unsealed. Docket entries 33, 35, 43, 45, 46, 49 and 62 shall all be unsealed. 8. Butina has agreed to cooperate

To use covert means to get additional information, to testify at grand jury hearings, to show all assets - even those of a “third” party ... and only after a showing of that cooperation will a sentencing motion be made ... waives all rights to appeal or withdraw guilty plea.

We all have almost instant time access to the court information, and can read it at our leisure, and keep copies for later, etc.
