For RBG getting out of recuperating bed to vote for this and to Chief Justice Roberts for voting with the 4 of his progressives members.
Heroic acts for both of them.

Now you've flipped the court.

Don't think, for a minute, this wasn't the Chief Justice giving you a huge "FUCK YOU"

The court’s brief order gave no reasons for its action. Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel A. Alito Jr., Neil M. Gorsuch and Brett M. Kavanaugh said they would have granted the stay.'

The Chief Justice has a decidedly conservative view, though moderate compared to the Trump wing.

And now Justice Ginsberg is ill again.

12. Yes, Roberts has a decidedly conservative view of the constitution...

...but he appears to value the constitution over politics. Unlike Alito and Kavanaugh. (too soon to tell about Gorsuch). Thomas always walked in lock step with Scalia, but he's made a couple of surprising judgements since Scalia's death, so he bears watching.

But for all of that it's still a conservative court. I'm just saying trump should not expect SCOTUS to work for him.

They give the word 'justice' a bad name. So much for law, decency, fairness, etc. None of that matters - only sucking up to the
economic royalists they associate with socially.
