And now Justice Ginsberg is ill again.

(3,205 posts)...but he appears to value the constitution over politics. Unlike Alito and Kavanaugh. (too soon to tell about Gorsuch). Thomas always walked in lock step with Scalia, but he's made a couple of surprising judgements since Scalia's death, so he bears watching.
But for all of that it's still a conservative court. I'm just saying trump should not expect SCOTUS to work for him.
