Former U.S. Commander McChrystal: Trump is Immoral and Dishonest

Source: Mediaite

Retired Gen. Stanley McChrystal said in a rare interview Sunday that he considers President Donald Trump “immoral” and wouldn’t take a job in the administration.

McChrystal, a retired four star general and former top commander of U.S. and international forces in Afghanistan, spoke to ABC News anchor Martha Raddatz about the resignation of Defense Secretary James Mattis and the administration’s Middle East policy.

“If you were asked to join the Trump administration, what would you say?” Raddatz asked.

“I’d say no,” McChrystal said.

McChrystal said bluntly that he doesn't think Trump tells the truth, and that Trump is immoral in his view.

He was also asked what he'd say to Trump supporters.

He said that being willing to be governed by someone we wouldn't do business with, because of their shady background, is a conflict with who he thinks Americans are, and people should take a stand.

He also said that Mattis's resignation letter was about much more than Syria, and it should make Americans "take pause."

we like and agree with. Let's not forget he was fired as the top military commander in Afghanistan by Obama for trashing Obama in a Rolling Stone interview. (BTW, let's not forget who Comey is, also.)

Oddly enough, from what I’ve read, McChrystal also was a commander who ordered that NONE of the TV monitors in his compound be tuned to Pox Noise.

To do the right thing or make any decision using acceptable moral guidelines???
Yet the republicans and evangelicals expect him to make the those decisions every day.
It says a lot about them too.

we HAVE TO ask ourselves what that says about those who bought this shit from the get-go, and willingly (even eagerly) swallowed it whole without even chewing it up first.

Who and what are THEY, and why and how did they see fit to elevate this bastard to think he Oval Office?

What does this say about them, then? Seems to me there’s been enough time by now, to come to at least some partially informed and realistic conclusions.

...dammit!

A God he has no relationship with, whos opinions and tenents he has no interest in, and whos forgiveness he feels he doesn’t have to ask for, since he’s never done anything wrong, EVEN THOUGH it’s a basic foundation of the Christian faith that we are all sinners who need Gods forgiveness!

In other words; those “Christians” who champion tRump are raging hypocrites of the highest order!

This was all known prior to the 2016 election and yet you guys didn't report that Donald Trump and his University stole money from the widows of the G.I.s killed in Iraq and Afghanistan or a billion other stories like that all we heard was about HRC'S emails.

But surprised? Nope.

I sometimes think that living with the parents I had prepared me perfectly to recognize and see through trump. My slick-talking philandering salesman dad taught me all about donald. My enabler mom with her many issues, denials, and blaming (of me, to a great extent) taught me all about donald’s supporters.

I was vocal in opposition to President Obama's path in surrounding himself with Generals who were more political than patriot.

McChrystal is in the dust bin of history. He displayed both partisan and bigoted tantrums while publishing in Rolling Stone. He earned becoming a laughing stock for the military command. Unfortunately, Obama appointed an equally biased and morally flawed military leader, General Petraeus (betray US).

Hindsight is always 20/20. President Obama played the hand he was dealt to the best of his abilities, awesome accomplishment.

Those who truly understand and fight against the politics of Trump also know that the McChrystals, Comeys, Wesley Clarks and Mattisses and other imperialist war commanders, the "Anonymous" from the New York Times, the Kristols and all the other Iraq War propagandists, the Max Boots, the Clappers and Brennans and other mistakes of Obama's, and the many Bush regime holdovers looking to rehabilitate themselves as centrists and even liberals (including even Bush himself) are

NOT OUR FRIENDS.
