A white South Carolina student connected to a powerful Republican insider has been banned from a Catholic private school in Columbia. Parker Mustian, 16, posted a video last month filled with hateful rhetoric while threatening gun violence against Black men.

Local outlet WOLO-TV reports:

A local 16-year-old has been charged with ‘Student Threats,’ after videos were shared of him making racial and violent threats. The teen was a student of Cardinal Newman School, but is now banned from the property.

Although these events transpired last month, school parents were just made aware of the investigation this past weekend, and now one of the racially-charged videos is going viral on social media.

According to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department, the teen was taken to the juvenile wing of Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center on July 17. The 5th Circuit Solicitor’s Office said it cannot release any update on the status of the case because it involves a minor.

Parker Mustian was a student at Cardinal Newman High School in Columbia, South Carolina until late July when he was allowed to withdraw before he was expelled. The 16-year-old was also arrested. Mustian recorded two violent, graphic and racist videos last spring that he dubbed public service announcements. The videos, where he identifies himself by name, were shared in group texts with other students at the Catholic school back in early May.

Why it took so long for the school to address it is not clear, but the newly-installed school principal Robert Loia reached out to parents Friday night and warned them that what he had to tell them was disturbing.

The videos are explicit and violently racist where he shoots at a pair of basketball sneakers saying they represent African-American men, or “n*****s,” as he says. Mustian says shockingly racist things as he continues to “kill” the shoes with an automatic rifle and a shotgun, according to a police report obtained by Heavy. Police said he also threatened to “shoot up the school.” The parochial school’s diocesan spokesperson said their investigation revealed he was no threat.

5. Reminds me of Jeff Flake's son

who was found to be disparaging both Jewish and black persons online, including liberal usage of the n-word and threats of violence at the tender age of 13 or 14. His gamer ID was something like n*****slayer or some such bullshit.

No repercussions for him though because, after all, he was just being a good little Mormon repeating what his parents and everyone else in his church said all the time. I think the only thing that happened to him was a "man-to-man" talk from Daddy Flake about keeping such talk within the flock. is a prime example of someone who should never be permitted to own any type of weapon, let alone a firearm, and should be institutionalized for life. Having him securely placed in a mental health facility would not only be beneficial to civilized society, but also for his well being because his hatred of African Americans could cause him some serious problems in the future. While most people will be inclined to just criticize him for his vile and despicable behavior, some folks may not be so measured in their reaction.
