Colombias former President Andres Pastrana has been tied to the child abuse scandal around Jeffrey Epstein, an American millionaire and sex offender who apparently committed suicide on Saturday.
Pastranas name appears on a 2003 register of the flight logbooks of Epsteins private jet, the Lolita Express, on which Epstein and others allegedly abused minors.
According to the logbook, the flight the former president was on traveled from Carabobo, Venezuela, to Nassau, the capital of the Bahamas where Epstein had a private island where many of the late millionaires sex parties allegedly were held.
Pastrana is a close ally of President Ivan Duque and his political patron, former President Alvaro Uribe.
