Andrew Yang lauds $1,000 cash payments for coronavirus and insists it should be monthly

Source: NY Daily News

Andrew Yang wanted to give you a $1,000 check even before coronavirus struck.

The erstwhile Democratic presidential candidate cheered President Trump’s apparent decision to give cash to Americans struggling to cope with the fallout from the pandemic.

“I am thrilled we are doing the right thing,” Yang told CNN. "It is vital to help tens of millions of American families to keep their heads above water during this time. "

Yang, who made the universal basic income his signature campaign issue, said the payments should be monthly for the duration of the crisis and should include $500 to each child.

Andrew Yang suspended his campaign, but it is funny how even Republicans are discovering their inner progressive when the s*&t hits the fan with Romney and other Republicans jumping on the Democratic bandwagon.

$500 per kid, for those who didn't make enough to bother filing <10k they will be chit out of luck it would seem, those that receive ss or are on Federal programs will receive also. If the Feds have your direct deposit info that is how you get it otherwise by check. This is the info I have gathered after reading numerous articles on the subject.
