Roger Stone-Tied Group Threatens Georgia GOP

Source: Political Wire

Daily Beast: “Conservative operatives and a super PAC with ties to infamous GOP dirty trickster Roger Stone are calling for Trump supporters to punish Republicans by sitting out Georgia’s crucial Senate runoffs or writing in Trump’s name instead.”

“And though their efforts remains on the party’s fringes, the trajectory of the movement has Republicans fearful that it could cost the GOP control of the Senate.”

Yes MAGA people, punish the republicans, stay home, don't vote in the runoff...that will teach them!

The run-off ballot won't have a space for a write-in candidate. The top two vote-getters are the ones who advanced to this upcoming election.

Not surprised that Roger can't even incite a GOP civil war properly.

That would at least quadruple the number of trumpers who would listen. They wouldn't think about it; they're reactionaries.

The PAC is the "Committee for American Sovereignty." From their website on this issue:

“We will not stop fighting for you, the American Patriot, against the evils of Socialism and inferior Religions."

Damn those...what? Unitarians...?

They're not a PAC. They are a hate group.

Stone and his ilk need to fight from a real weak political position since they are almost exclusively focused on raising donation from the MAGA Rubes.

So long term a Democrap controlled Senate dramatically improves their fund raising capabilities.

They just want to scam the Trumpers of their cash.

Hasn't Trump suggested or commented the same sentiments? He was blaming Republicans at one point for not doing enough of...whatever, to get him reelected. He appears to have truly changed the Republican party to the Party of Trump. I guess he thinks he can get HIS party to reelect him in '24.

Or, it's just his vindictive nature and he wants them to know he's still large and in charge...he's screwing up as much as possible before leaving, for Biden to deal with
