Dominion sends legal letters to conservative media figures warning of 'imminent' action
Source: CNN
(CNN) Lawyers representing Dominion Voting Systems have sent letters to a wide array of conservative media personalities, as well as the White House and the President's personal attorney, warning that litigation related to their false claims about the company is "imminent."
The letters, which were distributed earlier this week, were sent to Fox News hosts Maria Bartiromo, Lou Dobbs and Sean Hannity; right wing media personality Rush Limbaugh; the heads of Newsmax, OAN, Fox News, the Epoch Times; lawyer Lin Wood, and others.

CEO John Poulos confirmed on CNN's "New Day" that the company would be taking legal action against several individuals "promoting lies and amplifying those lies ... on various media platforms since Election Day."
Asked if Dominion anticipates taking legal action against Trump himself, Poulos said the company will "be looking into absolutely everybody that has made, and repeated, and amplified false statements that have been defamatory and damaging to our company and to our election."

When the CEO was asked again if that included Trump, he replied that they "will not be overlooking anybody."

(129,341 posts)I have never watched anything that was done by Newsmax so this is my first time (have read plenty of articles about them and all the bullshit they spew however). It's too late. They spent a month promoting a concocted and incredulous set of conspiracy theories.

Dominion Voting Systems CEO John Poulos is not ruling out legal action against President Trump, whose surrogates have spent nearly two months alleging the Nov. 3 election, which Trump lost, may have been the result of compromised machines and software.
We will not be overlooking anybody, Poulos told CNN Thursday.
Lawyers for the president, who have offered no credible proof of claims being made against Dominion, reportedly received notice from the companys attorneys that all records dealing with Dominion should be preserved for imminent litigation.
