Rudy Giuliani was suspended from practicing law in New York last month after several complaints about the rampant dishonesty he deployed in his failed quest to overturn the 2020 presidential election.
While investigating the complaints and Giuliani's previous actions, the New York Bar Association suspended him.
"The New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) strongly condemned the violent uprising that occurred at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, orchestrated by individuals bent on subverting the will of the voters by disrupting the certification of the 2020 presidential election results," the Bar wrote at the time.
One of the ways that someone can become a member of the Washington, D.C. Bar is passing the bar exam in another state and then applying to become a member in Washington. ....................................

(1,156 posts)He tells just as many tall tales and flings slanderous b.s. as his most infamous client while so obviously intoxicated. He just needs to shut the heck up. His source of income is going to dry up especially since tRump continues to stiff him for all the legal work he has done on the orange menace's behalf.

(5 posts)Don't misunderstand, I'm not trying to defend anybody, but I'll just throw this out there for those that might be wondering about best practice for reporting rumors - it's always better to couch potentially defamatory statements with weasel-words like "allegedly" or "reportedly" or "in my opinion" or "rumors say" in order to avoid any potential liability.

(51,590 posts)Since the time he was Mayor of NYC he has acted shamefully. He DOES NOT CARE! He needs to borrow that jacket from Melania. He is a walking, talking disaster. Putting his hands in his pants on bed as he was spoofed, hair dye running down his face, holding a presser for the POS tRump at a landscaping company next to a mortuary, etc. Home was raided and 18 devices/cell phones were found. Rudy is worse than the shit you scrape off of the bottom of your shoe. He has no values, morals, patriotism, etc. Strip him of any remaining dignity, if that is possible.
