(9,385 posts)I'm a suburbanite to city-dweller to rural person for a long time now. Dark in the country is really dark! One learns the value of a full moon out here.
Another thing that looks "off" to me... It's really spooky how empty that particular neighborhood is, too! It's never that empty, not anytime.
It feels like we're waiting for a gigantic shoe to drop.

I use it all the time when I have to travel in dicey weather and last night I was able to "check in" on various family members.
