and turn it over to the states which lack sufficient funding for National Catastrophes , Mitten's signature on an emergency declaration would be a meaningless action..
. Would it be appropriate to remind voters that Mittens wants to de-fund Fema. His You Tube video at the GOP primary season , Freak show stating such should go viral.
