Chris Wallace announced his departure from Fox News, with his Fox News Sunday his final show.

He said on the show that “after 18 years, I have decided to leave Fox. I want to try something new, to go beyond politics to all the things I’m interested in. I’m ready for a new adventure. Nothing wrong with staying active. I applaud Chris Wallace for finally leaving that toxic dog and pony show. I would have liked to see him follow his father and finish his career at 60 Minutes, but at least he's left the Goebbels network.

and follow in his father's footsteps. He's always served as a fig leaf of journalistic integrity at Fux, that provided cover for the other 95% of their programming.

Kudos for Mr. Wallace for finally leaving that division stoking rat ship. I hope he emerges as a critic of Fox's practices, but my guess is that he won't say much negative about them.
