Britt defends use of graphic sex-trafficking story from 20 years ago to attack Biden

Source: Washington Post

Sen. Katie Boyd Britt (R-Ala.), who delivered the Republican rebuttal to President Biden’s State of the Union address, pushed back against criticisms that she falsely linked a harrowing account of a young woman’s sex trafficking to Biden’s immigration policies, even though the abuse happened nearly 20 years ago and in Mexico.

The host of “Fox News Sunday,” Shannon Bream, asked Britt if she meant to “give the impression that this horrible story happened on President Biden’s watch.”

Britt replied “no” before defensively explaining that she was speaking about the executive actions on the border that Biden took in his first 100 days as president.

Britt said she spoke to Border Patrol officers and “victims of drug cartels” during a trip to the border when she was a new senator. She said that was why she decided it would be important to elevate the story of a human trafficking victim, claiming without evidence that trafficking has “gone up” under the Biden administration.

Talking about drug cartels and sex trafficking. Sex (unconsenting) and drugs, the favorite topics of the Reich wing.

Goebbels said to accuse your enemies of what you're planning.

Would be to switch party's and admit your Presidential candidate is a convicted sexual abuser who used to hang out with Epstein and 13 year old girls.

since that's what happened to that poor girl 20 years ago. No evidence of any cartel connection either.

And of course no point allowing in people trying to flee that sort of violence right? The Christian thing to do is lie about it and keep them from getting any help.

Even in 2004, it was the rare organized crime activity that didn't have cartel fingers in the pie, especially in Guadalajara, where she was kidnapped. Most people outside of Mexico don't know how cartels have dominated all aspects of organized crime there since the 1980s.

The source for cartel involvement in her case has been Ms Jacinto, and it's safe to say she wasn't in a position to know, really, if her captors had cartel associations.
