Obama tasks Biden with US gun law review

President Barack Obama will announce on Wednesday that Vice-President Joe Biden will lead attempts to reform gun laws in the US.
There have been widespread calls for reform following the shooting of 26 children and teachers in Sandy Hook School last week.
White House officials said Mr Obama will lay out the process by which his administration will move forward.

The White House will not be announcing a new guy control policy anytime soon, but the president will reportedly ask Vice President Joe Biden to lead an administration-wide review that could point the way to future proposals. President Obama will make the announcement on Wednesday, appointing the VP to lead an "inter-agency process" that will examine all the current policies related to gun violence and one that would presumably devise new solutions that might prevent another tragedy like the Sandy Hook school shooting.
