One of the new members of a critical federal vaccine advisory board has argued for decades that vaccines caused her son’s autism – a connection that years of large-scale studies and reviews refute.

Registered nurse Vicky Pebsworth is one of eight new members to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (Acip), all hand-picked by the vaccine skeptic and Donald Trump’s health secretary Robert F Kennedy Jr.

“She’s probably been anti-vax longer than RFK has,” said Dr David Gorski, a Wayne State University School of Medicine professor, who is considered an expert on the anti-vaccine movement.

Kennedy fired all 17 of the committee’s previous members in June and stacked it with ideological allies. Pebsworth and Kennedy would have probably been known to each other, because their respective non-profits supported one another’s efforts.

To our friends in Canada and Mexico:

Once the brain-worm psychotic MORON bans ALL VACCINES in the US, will other countries still make available flu and Covid vaccines?
As a senior (who was hospitalized for Covid once already) I am in terror that another outbreak is on the horizon.
I just want to be able to get the vaccine. I don't care how far I have to travel to get it. I'm not going to die because of the absolute FUCK WITS in this administration.

5. The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID vaccine was originally not made here and was shipped from Belgium I believe

although they did finally start up a plant in MI for domestic availability. Alternately, Moderna contracted out their manufacturing to a plant here but are ramping up other plants outside of the U.S. Novavax has several international plants but is mostly made in India.

So there will be the most common COVID vaccines in other countries. How they might handle shipping of that here in the scenario that you describe, might be an issue if Customs goes hogwild.

I expect Canada will have all of those.

4. Vicky Pebsworth is a disgrace to her profession.

I have the utmost respect for nurses, but imo, any RN who is opposed to vaccines does not deserve the appellation of Registered Nurse.
