Jason Richwine Resigns from the Heritage Foundation

Source: Slate

The Heritage Foundation tells without much more detail. The full explanation:

Jason Richwine let us know he’s decided to resign from his position. He’s no longer employed by Heritage.
It is our long-standing policy not to discuss internal personnel matters.

Some background: I'd been asking whether Heritage read Richwine's dissertation, or talked about any of the potentially explosive IQ research, before hiring him. No answer as of yet, though his deparature means the story will fade.

Not to worry; I'm sure many talk radio gigs will be in the offing.

to the dissertation. Two of them were right wing characters. I don't think it was read by them. They just signed of on it and Richwine got his Doctorate. Harvard should review the content of the writing and deem it racial and then null and void the award.
On edit: There were three not five. They are George J. Borjas (chair) Richard J. Zeckhauser and Christopher Jenks.

We are free to speak our minds. We are free to call it as we see it. His employers and clients are free to panic at being caught and lash out mindlessly to distance themselves from the one covered in shit.
First ammendment doesn't play into this.

admit their complicity to this affair. This has gone on for four years. No mention of the fact they gave a PhD on a false claim. Maybe they would give one proving slavery a good thing? Or that Jewish people deserved to die?

The Heritage Foundation is no more a credible research body today without Richwine than it was yesterday with him.
