Former Democratic congressman Mark Schauer made it official today. He is running for Michigan governor in 2014.

“I’m in!” Schauer said on Twitter. “Today I’m announcing my campaign for governor. I’m ready to run, I’m ready to work & I’m ready to win.”

“Rick Snyder has taken Michigan in the wrong direction – cutting schools & raising taxes on seniors,” Schauer said on Twitter.

“We need an economy that works for everyone – not just the wealthy and not just the special interests.”

... but Snyder is FINALLY well-known, and hopefully that will be his undoing.

Of course, Snyder getting booted doesn't undo the harm he's done. That will take more than just a Dem Gov.

And, if Snyder's jackal, er, Emergency Manager for Detroit, sells off the collection in the Detroit Institute of Art, that damage can NEVER be undone. It will be a loss for the whole area, the whole state.

Snyder is a two-faced liar who portrayed himself as someone who was middle of the road.
