Another House GOP Subpoena Issued For HealthCare.gov Enrollment Data

Source: TPM

House Ways and Means Committee Chair Dave Camp (R-MI) on Tuesday subpoened the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to provide all available enrollment data for HealthCare.gov. Camp demanded the information be turned over by Nov. 8.

House Oversight Chair Darrell Issa (D-Ca) has also issued a subpoena in an attempt to force the Obama administration to release enrollment data.

CMS administrator Marilyn Tavenner said Tuesday that the enrollment data would be released some time next week.

The administration has refused to release any enrollment information thus far, saying that the data it has might not be reliable because of the federal website's problems during its opening month.
