Pa. Obamacare enrollments said to surge ahead of deadline

Source: Patriot News

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — Enrollments under the federal health care law in Pennsylvania surged before the deadline to sign up for insurance that takes effect in January, health care advocates said Monday.

You can still sign up as late as March, but if you want to be covered on January 1st, then you need to get your paper work in at last a week before then (December 23rd). After all, don't you have to at least choose the plan and pay for it before you are covered?
