A South Carolina State University official has confirmed a football player was shot outside of Hugine Suites at about 2 p.m. Friday.

The student was transported to the Regional Medical Center for treatment, where he later died.

The victim has been identified as Brandon A. Robinson, 20, of Goff Ave., Orangeburg. The S.C. State football roster says he was an Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School graduate.

MSM didn't report the serious uptick in gun related deaths following the CT tragedy.
Within 15 miles in any direction there were 2-3 deaths a week for several weeks. Children were getting a hold of adults weapons after they set them down. Increased target shooting in rural area's. I mean 4 hours on sunday every sunday for a few months. Then the whole area turned them in for noise ordinance.

Being that this is NRA country, the cops, judges, all NRA lovers, if no one gets hurt, it's not reported, and doesn't count as a statistic. Anyway that SC can reduce it's crime statistic's they do it. Reason, to attract business and make the corp's think Mary Poppins lives here.

Three nights a go I heard loud explosion near the rural farm I live on. Again the following night. News showed reports of other unknown explosions. They are thinking it is Tannerite, and someone playing with it and blowing up barrels. It's not illegal to have Tannerite.

There are so many people here that have unauthorized weapons it's not funny. Currently a guy running for congress is going to give away an AR -15. He also supports a bill that would allow open carry of any weapon, no cwp training etc, no permits, Wild West Style fire arms. There is also a bill that would allow teachers to carry AR-15's in school.

The Capital of the Tea Party AKA - Confederacy busting at the seams to come out behind their faux christian robes here...

That's SC today. The war isn't really, really over and never was.

It is still another shooting, another day.

I guess you could say it is old news now, since the mall shooting has taken over the news today.

What is it going to take?

I was merely speculating (in response to a post that was speculating) as to the what was behind the shooting.
