Source: Mediaite.com

Apparently, Sean Hannity’s recent threats to leave the “Socialist State of New York” may be the cover for a more elaborate plan — namely, a potential run for political office.

Though the Fox News commentator has publicly mused about moving to Florida or Texas after his children graduate from high school/he finds a way to move his massive staff out of New York, he’s allegedly mentioned in private that he would like to run for public office once he does move.

According to The Hill, Hannity’s pipe dream may actually not be a pipe dream: A source who was on Hannity’s Fox News show last fall told The Hill the conservative commentator mentioned the possibility — off camera — of running in Florida.

I would like to see him do that. He could run as the baby Jesus under Rush Limbaugh's Jerk platform.
