(CNN) -- The son-in-law of a Tennessee lawyer and his wife killed in an explosion at their rural home has been charged with planting a bomb there, authorities announced Thursday.

(CNN) -- The wife of the retired Tennessee lawyer who was killed this week when a package bomb detonated outside their home has died, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said Thursday.

Marion Setzer, 72, died Wednesday evening at Vanderbilt Hospital.

Her husband, Jon Setzer, was killed Monday when the package exploded, shattering windows across the street from their rural Tennessee house.

He'll be lucky if he ever sees anything priceless other than the clear sky over the prison exercise yard.

I really feel bad for the daughter. She must be going through all kinds of hell right now.

man that she probably trusted, and her parents as well. And if they have any children,. they will grow up with the impact of this murder a well. Although he's only arrested and not been convicted yet. It is so awful for that couple to leave this world that way.
