Ukraine: Police detain boss of state energy firm

Ukrainian police have detained the CEO of state-run energy company Naftogaz, according to the country's Interior Minister.

A statement by Arsen Avakov on Facebook said Yevhen Bakulin was held as part of a probe into alleged corruption in the gas industry that may have cost the state about $4 billion .

Mr Avakov said the investigation will involve "many well-known personalities", including "past and present" politicians.

I guess it's refreshing to not have a media filter, but people post bullshit all the time on FB.
