The state Supreme Court wont hear Jerry Sanduskys appeal of his 45-count conviction for molesting children.
The justices issued an order Wednesday denying Sanduskys bid to have the states highest court consider his case.
The former assistant Penn State football coach was convicted in 2012 for sexually abusing 10 young boys, and is serving a 30-year minimum sentence at a state prison in Greene County.
"We are very pleased with the Supreme Court's decision, state Attorney General Kathleen Kane said in a statement. Protecting Pennsylvanias children is one of my top priorities and I remain committed to seeking justice for all victims of sexual abuse."
