Gregg Jarrett, Fox News Anchor, Arrested After Incident At Minneapolis Airport Bar

Source: Huffington Post

Fox News anchor Gregg Jarrett was arrested on Tuesday after an incident in a bar at the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport.

A roster at Hennepin County Jail shows Jarrett, 59, being held on obstructing the legal process by interfering with a peace officer, a misdemeanor. His bail was set at $300.

The news came just days after it was announced that Jarrett, a weekend anchor, would be taking time off for "personal reasons," TV Newser reported last week.

Police responded to a report of a drunken man at the Northern Lights Grill in the airport's main terminal, the Star Tribune reports. When they arrived, Jarrett appeared to be drunk and refused to obey orders, according to KARE.

around that age. Relationship problems? Getting passed up at work by younger people? Money problems? Health and youth fading? Loss of respect from contemporaries and others?
And it's not as easy to come back from problems at that age.

I hope he takes that long leave of absence he's been needing and then see what the world holds for him.

And, no, I'm not a fan of any of them.

Maybe it is because I only see Cavuto come on after Shep (the only time I turn on FoxNews to see what he says are the top stories of the day) but I always turn off Fox at 4:00p.m. when Cavuto starts whining about being oppressed and paying too many taxes. I'm not sure when Jarrett comes on. Is Jarrett as bad as Cavuto?

The guy was once a defense lawyer, MSNBC anchor, and graduated magna cum laude with a journalism degree. He's no idiot. I'm betting he hates himself, because he knows the idealistic journalist he once was would despise the Fox News whore drinking in that airport bar.
