NBC News: Reed wins re-election

NBC News projected that U.S. Sen. Jack Reed, D-R.I., would win re-election Tuesday.

U.S. Senator Jack Reed (D) from the Great State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations has been reelected. One of the least shocking things that will happen tonight. The man is a solid New England liberal.

Wonder if the Block Islanders put him over the top, LOL!
We used to go there in the late 60's before it became a hot spot....neighbor bought an old
shack and fixed it up and let us stay, even with a bit of unfinished work still left. We went for
several years....taking the ferry from either Pt. Judith or New London.
My father's first wife was from Providence, she died so young, then he married my mother years later...
