1. What's with the Paterno cartoon?

Does the cartoonist think Paterno was unfairly convicted in the media of enabling child abuse? There's a lot of truly crappy reporting out there, but I don't think the Penn State football scandal was the final nail in the coffin of investigative reporting by a longshot...
