American Indian views on Death

Never gave it much thought beyond the "Happy Hunting Grounds" (yes, I know it's ignorant). Article points out the many varied concepts American Indians had about the after life.

after I walk on, I shall be with my ancestors, back before the boat people came. sometimes, I look forward to it. that is all I have to say about that.
