It's obvious, from Petraeus' treatment that there is no real problem with sharing secret information.

... exemplified by this absurdly light sentence, when others are hammered for far less egregious transgressions, undermines what little credibility our grotesquely corrupt judicial system may once have had.

I am reminded of a case in Colorado some years ago where a drunken hedge fund manager was let off with a misdemeanor fine after he ran over, and killed, a doctor. The DA opined that the poor hedge fund manager's ability to make obscene amounts of money would have been adversely affected if he'd had to do time.

Our country is run by psychopaths.
