Tourists to all-inclusive resorts in Mexico suspect they were given tainted alcohol

Warning:... very disturbing, serious implication of theft and possible murder...

Milwaukee Journal Sentinel

http://www.jsonline.com/story/news/2017/07/20/all-inclusive-resorts-mexico-suspected-drugging-tourists/490429001/

The scene at the swim-up bar at the Mexican resort where Abbey Conner was pulled listless from the pool in January was full of young tourists last month when an attorney hired by Conner’s family showed up.

It wasn’t surprising. It was a typical scene at an all-inclusive five-star resort where foreigners from both sides of the equator flock to escape their cold winters.

But as he watched, the attorney noticed something disturbing.

“They serve alcoholic drinks with alcohol of bad quality and in great amounts, mixing different types of drinks,” he wrote in his native Spanish.

That single paragraph, buried near the end of a four-page report summarizing how 20-year-old Conner drowned within a couple hours of arriving at the Iberostar Hotel & Resorts' Paraiso del Mar, offers a possible lead in the investigation into her death.

And it could shed light on the circumstances surrounding numerous reports from others who have told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel they experienced sickness, blackouts and injuries after drinking at Iberostar and other resorts around Cancun and Playa del Carmen in recent months.

....If you read this lengthy article you will discover that there have been a number of deaths due to the so called "tainted alcohol ..But also the article relates some who were taken to hospitals, and the hospitals ripped them off. Authorities in Mexico claim that all was due to over drinking, but we read that for some it was only one drink, and that drink tasted "odd"...Inclusive and detailed, this article raises question of death and corruption at the hospitals and the resorts..

... survived, said theyed each only had 5 or 6 shots and only had been in the property for 2 hours.

That's a lot of shots for a skinny little young woman.

of tourism dollars. Few hotels would risk poisoning paying guests for a few bucks. They would be risking a huge loss in the
tourist trade.

It talks about a few resorts in a few places... I get the feeling it is about attacking and killing Americans. Further a part of the story alludes to hospitals near these resorts reaping huge profits to those that are attacked with the tainted booze. So, it could be some individuals in the hotels in combination with some hospitals that need money to keep going...They gouge Americans. A few bartenders and some middle leadership at the resorts could be responsible. Why? Those people could be getting sizeable kickbacks from the hospitals..

This involves thousands of dollars..not a few bucks. Those kickbacks to the bartenders and some people working at the hotels are sizeable when compared to what some people make in Mexico..and................

no, I do not know that is it, but it could be. I know only what is in the article. And it is not pretty cause it does involve death and money. You have got to read the entire article to understand the depth of this...

also, that link below...has many additional stories of people harmed in similar ways...Here is the link again...so you do not have to go back...Mexico Vacations Awareness...
