This is just the start. I can only imagine how many buildings Mueller is going to need for this whole paper trail.

Okay, so in just those few months, the LLC received $2,347,420 in bribes. Well, we know where $130,000 of that went. And Cohen took $1,005,000 for what? 42%. His fee? That leaves $1,342,420. Hmmm. . . where did that money go? Pffft. It disappeared.

Now think about the thousands of LLCs we've read about that Trump has set up over the years. They may be shrouded by obscure names, but someone has to be a member (or members) of those LLCs, and the IRS has to be paid. So, let's say there's another 1,000 LLCs, each of which has received $1 million for bribes, laundering, etc. That's $1 billion right there. Cohen/Trump fees at 42% is $420 million. Add in a couple of thousand more LLCs and some 30 years of transactions. You do the math.

Sure, this is pure speculation. But, really, why go to the trouble if there wasn't some purpose. Grifting on a whole new level.

Whether to state, federal, licensing, etc.

The LLC has become such a sham. So easy to set up a shell "incorporated" in Nevada or wherever. You can get fake officers and board of directors. The mailing addresses are some drop box in the middle of nowhere.

For a bit more money you can get an LLC/C/LLP with a "history" but which is still just a shell.

Move some/all off-shore and the work of tracing becomes much more difficult. Each of these LLCs can conveniently disappear if the heat gets too great. Books? Who knows where they went. Recompense, penalties, jail time? Hah!

Over the last few decades the IRS has been hollowed out by personnel cuts, restrictions on how they can enforce their regulations, lack of leadership. I don't know how this plays out in the states but I bet any repuglcon-controlled state (ALEC?) this is similar. Of course the federal regulatory bodies have been gutted by the mob-is-us.
