REALLY? Where have they been for the last 40 years? A desert island?

The Supreme Court is no longer a judicial body of independent and serious jurists and legal scholars, it is a politicized rubber stamp and an illegitimate body thanks to Trump and McConnell. The current court is hopelessly compromised and must be completely torn down and rebuilt or we may as well wipe our asses with the Constitution and admit that NOTHING matters anymore but POWER and POLITICS and acknowledge that PRINCIPLE is dead and the government of this nation is co-opted and fascist already.
