It would be a crime is people refused this vaccine because the don't understand what is the case here. These long chemical names refer to lipids, basically, fats.

There is very little in these excipients and buffering salts that is anything but things readily metabolized by existing enzymes.

I resent giving scientifically ignorant antivaxxers, some who are regrettably posting here any more ammunition to cause harm by appeal to said ignorance.
