BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. — A Palm Beach County rabbi is leading a legal challenge to keep abortion rights in Florida, and he's citing religious freedom.

Rabbi Barry Silver filed a lawsuit this month in Tallahassee against Florida's new 15-week abortion law, which is set to take effect July 1.

3. well, the Evangelicals have been calling themselves 'Judeo-Christians' for a long time.

I would think that there's no reason to convert if you identify as a Judeo-Christian.

I'm sure the Jews bristle at that name but let's consider using the Evang. weapons against them.

and how their religious-based Roe decision was not a religious-based decision and denying Jews the right to an abortion under their Roe decision does not infringe on the Constitution's freedom of religion clause.

If the belief is that life begins at first breath, then anti-abortion laws violate religious freedom. Unconstitutional.
