Tax evasion is a crime.

If Holder knows of some criminal activities on behalf of Republicans including Rmoney, what does it take for Holder to be interested enough to prosecute them?

2. When I used the term tax 'evasion' I was expressing my opinion. I'm sure whatever Romney has done

with his money, he's made sure it's all legal. So it's not tax evasion but tax avoidance. The Repubs made sure to put proper loop-holes in the tax code so you could reduce your taxes all in a legal loophole way (if you've got enough money to take advantage of the loopholes - working serfs need not apply).
