The first jury awarded her $5 million after finding Trump liable for sexual abuse and defamation. The second jury awarded her $83 million after finding he had spent years lying about her to protect himself.

Trump has been waiting on the Supreme Court to take up his appeal of the $5 million verdict. He says the Access Hollywood tape and testimony from some of the other women should not have come in as evidence at trial. The justices have now discussed whether to take the case seven times without saying yes. Seven conferences. Seven times they could have denied or granted his appeal and moved on. This seems to say a lot more about the makeup of the Supreme Court right now than the merits of the case.

Now Trump wants the Supreme Court to save him from the $83 million verdict too.

1. The ussc needs to be followed re this decision. If the ussc agrees F45 has presidential immunity in this case

then the court is saying F45 is untouchable and his immunity is absolute.

VRA ruling, there's little confidence that the 6 judges will adhere to the law.

3. All about the money

Sadly Trump could give two shits about the verdict in both trials. It is all about the money as Trump never gives any money to anyone or anything. The immunity defense is just a vehicle to get the case before the Supreme Court.

Let's look at the big beautiful ballroom as an example. Trump said it would be privately funded and the cost rose from $150 million to $400 million. Now he is asking the tax payers to fork over one billion dollars. Where did the $400 million go to. This is a robbery in broad daylight.
