I couldn't agree more with the message of the video... and now we are ramping up for another war with Iran. Then to see cheering for such action during the repug debates makes me ill.

10. They were right about just about everything; pollution, war, organics, loving and enlightenment.

I've always been one at heart but was obligated through love to my quite conventional family and didn't get to do all the exploration many did.

As he said, 'hate to say I told you so,' but I've been telling people for decades and very few have ever wanted to listen, even when spoken in love. It was a way of going down the rabbithole then and it still is now.

I've seen this before many times...and never tire of it. I particularly liked the statements about how our suggestions for policy have never been implemented...which is why our nation's situation has never gotten better for the majority of us.

I certainly understand your point of view. However, for a large portion of the population using the "F" word isn't nearly as offensive as you make it for yourself.

The title of the song and this video is a reflection of how society thought of hippies during the "60s" I grew up during that time and they were vilified with such terms not that it was necessarily true...but because of their stance against the policies of the time and continue to this day.

Not unlike the OWS protesters told to take a bath and get a job!

I think in this case... it was perfectly appropriate as it shows how really wrong the "man" was.
