BTW, Maddow correctly points out the answer to Cruz' BS question is that there are laws limiting First Amendment rights as applied to things like child pornography and reckless behavior (such as shouting "fire" in a packed auditorium).

It would have been the ultimate put-down had Feinstein said the same to Cruz. Wish she had thought of it.

Cruz is such an asshole.
