Right? Right?!

We even get to see one of them slam her face into the table. But wait, it's all okay- she was just showing us how smart girls use their heads.

You could cut this fucking commercial into an updated video for John Lennon's Woman Is The Nigger Of The World and it would fit in like it was made for it:

When the lyrics to a song like that, released 40 years ago, still have sickening relevance...it's like you have to redefine the meaning of the word social progress within a country's culture.

it addresses a society where it is 'acceptable' for a women to be beaten up in a public place provided, it is by a man, and he is her boyfriend or father or whatever

I know that PSY has been campaigning against plastic surgery there. You might say he himself has spent his career bucking the pressure to conform to Gangnam norms.

My grandmother spoke Korean when I was little, and there are certain sounds of the words that sound familiar to me. I never did understand her, so often she would switch to the little Japanese she knew. She never spoke English ever.. nor learned it.

I thought maybe it was a Korean commercial originally that had been dubbed, but I don't have much experience with Korean.

Is it that women wear makeup? Many do, and that's a fact.

Is it that someone is having fun with women wearing makeup? Cute jokes about putting on makeup are now taboo?

It is that anything Microsoft does is subject to disapproval?

Really, what rule is being broken here-- or is this just yet another complaint with some hidden agenda to get everyone all het up about nothing...

Windows 8 = marginally more enjoyable than a poke in the eye. Surely you jest?

What does the phrase "beautiful and fast" suggest?

A: That Windows 8 is promiscuous (and perhaps prone to viruses).

It is that anything Microsoft does is subject to disapproval?

A: Hell yes.
