Thom Hartmann: A "right to vote" constitutional amendment is here...



Congressman Mark Pocan (D-WI, 2nd District) joins Thom Hartmann. Despite what you may have been taught in your middle and high school civics classes - there is no affirmative right to vote laid out in the Constitution.

would be covered by the First Amendment. How can the expression of a citizen's will, via the ballot box, NOT be considered speech?
