To them, EVERY time the government is involved it becomes a disaster so if it's a success it HAD to be because of the private sector.

They really believe there is this magic marketplace and the government doesn't know how to shop. It knocks over store displays, breaks glass jars in the aisles and runs off the other customers expecting to get special treatment and then goes up to the checkout and haggles to pay less than everyone else and finally pays with IOUs.
