That decibel level, which could cause hearing loss even in a human, must have been excruciating torture for the poor dog--12 hours' worth of torture!

with Cruelty to animals. Wouldn't you think someone would report it to the ASPCA? What if the dog had died? I wonder what kind of headlines, that would get?
