under the British terrorism act and confiscating his computer and flash-drives, they let him go without charging him with any crime.
If they can't even charge him with a crime they ought to return the property, otherwise it is just theft.

I appreciate the info from Mathew P., but it's hard to listen to his voice. A little to whiney and preachy for my taste.
