Clearly, sitting in a chair and speaking on a cell phone is a highly threatening activity. No one should blame the police officers for being scared for their safety in this case.

9. When he found out who the father

of her baby is when the officer said it was going to get real ugly real quick. I would suggest that the officer has a problem with the father and used her to take his frustrations out on her, or perhaps to send him a message.

No matter the reason, and the bitten finger is no reason, the officer was the aggressor and should have been fired and assault charges filed. The 'discipline' shows that these cops know that they are free to do whatever they wish.
