Seahorse-Shaped UFO Shines Over Belfast

A UFO described as a hovering, revolving, reflecting question mark or seahorse has been videotaped over Belfast in northern Ireland.

While the exact sighting date isn't mentioned, the UFO is described as an entity in a Sept. 15 YouTube posting by someone who identifies himself as "Bap."

"I filmed this strange entity slowly moving west, behind the Cavehill [a hill that overlooks the city of Belfast]," Bap reported. "The thing looked like it had legs at one point, then just at the end, you will see it seems to double up the image."

The Huffo link from the OP goes to their 'Weird News' section.
The HuffPo article states that they do not know 'when' the event happened (only when the vid was uploaded to YouTube), so basically there is no way to tell if it is a current event.
