As though any nurse would comment on the patient's coverage to start with, or have any information regarding the patient's usage of the exchange for her coverage.

They're trying to capitalize on the idea that young people are upset by government surveillance. It is a disturbing ad. Hopefully young people are smart enough to see the manipulation.
